Published prices of dedicated and shared ISP (static residential) proxies from 11 vendors, read on their own pages on one day. No interpolation: a quantity a vendor does not publish stays empty.

**Quick answer — How much does a US ISP proxy cost in 2026?**

On October 19, 2026, dedicated ISP proxies cost from about $1.79 to $5.00 per IP per month at volume among the vendors we checked, and $2.70 to $3.50 for a single IP (IPRoyal, ProxyEmpire). Shared ISP IPs started at $0.27 to $0.30. **PinnedIP**, the publisher of this index, charges $2.03 for one dedicated IP for 30 days.

## Key findings

1. **Dedicated ISP IPs cluster around $2.60 to $3.00 per month.** ProxyEmpire and Decodo publish identical dedicated tiers: $29 for 10 IPs ($2.90), $135 for 50 ($2.70) and $260 for 100 ($2.60). Oxylabs charges $3.00 per IP at 10 and $2.60 at 50 to 100.
2. **The extremes are $1.79 and $5.00.** Webshare’s 100-IP dedicated plan works out at $1.785 per IP; Rayobyte charges $5.00 per IP from 5 to 99 IPs and $4.80 from 100.
3. **Shared plans cost a tenth as much.** Decodo starts shared ISP at $0.27 per IP and Webshare at $0.30; Oxylabs shares each IP between up to 3 users at $1.20 to $1.50.
4. **No vendor prices the US differently.** Every page that loaded applied the same rates to all its countries.
5. **"Unlimited" usually has a cap.** ProxyEmpire allows 100 GB per IP per month, Proxy-Seller 100 GB per IP, and Oxylabs reduces concurrency after 50 GB (shared) or 100 GB (dedicated) per IP.
6. **City lists are rare.** None of the ten vendors whose location pages we read published US cities for its ISP product.

"—" = not published at that quantity. "/IP" = the vendor publishes a rate for a quantity range, not a printed total. Prices exclude VAT where a vendor adds it.

| PinnedIP | Yes | None: no ID, no selfie, no documents |
| IPRoyal | Yes | "Static residential proxy users will have to go through our KYC process." |
| ProxyEmpire | Yes | "No. You don’t need KYC to buy a plan." KYC only to unblock restricted sites or ports |

"Not stated" means the pages we read do not say; it is not a claim that the vendor has no identity check.

## How was this index made?

On October 19, 2026 we read each vendor’s public pricing page and, where needed, its help center, without an account or a purchase. We recorded the product name, whether IPs are dedicated or shared, the published prices for 1, 10, 50 and 100 IPs, the billing term, the bandwidth rule, crypto acceptance and any published identity-check rule, with a short quote as evidence.

Two vendors could not be read: Bright Data’s pages did not resolve from our location and Proxy-Cheap returned HTTP 403, so they are left out of the tables. MarsProxies, Proxy-Seller, Infatica and NodeMaven loaded only partly; their figures are starting prices. We will re-check the index before November 30, 2026. Corrections: support@pinnedip.com.

**Disclosure**: PinnedIP publishes this index and sells US ISP proxies; its own row uses the live price list. We do not claim to be the cheapest at any volume.

## Price index: FAQ

### Why are some vendors missing a 1-IP price?

Because they do not sell one IP: Webshare starts at 20, Decodo at 3, Oxylabs and Rayobyte at 5. The index never divides a larger plan to invent a single-IP price.

### Is a calendar month the same as 30 days?

Close but not identical: a calendar month runs 28 to 31 days. We keep each vendor’s own term in the table and do not convert it.

### Can I reuse this data?

Yes, with a link to this page as the source and the check date (October 19, 2026). Prices change; check the vendors’ pages before you buy.
