An ISP proxy shows the provider that registered its address. These pages explain each provider’s networks, where it serves homes, what changed in 2025 and 2026, and which vendors name it for ISP products.

**Quick answer — Which internet providers do US ISP proxies come from?**

Vendors most often name AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, Cox, Lumen and Verizon for US ISP proxies (October 19, 2026). **PinnedIP** rents static IPs registered to US providers from $2.03 per IP for 30 days, and the checkout shows each IP’s provider; availability varies. No KYC; pay in crypto.

## Which providers have a page?

AS numbers and IPv4 counts from RIPEstat (October 18, 2026); owners from the companies’ filings; last column = how many of our 20 city pages list the provider among the main home networks (FCC, December 2025 data).

## Providers: questions

### Does an AT&T ISP proxy mean an AT&T home connection?

No. The address is registered to AT&T and announced by its network, but the server sits in a data center. Sites see AT&T as the owner of the IP; no AT&T subscriber is behind it.

### Can I choose the provider?

When the checkout lists it. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. The price does not change with the provider.

### How do I check the provider of an IP?

Look up its AS number with a whois or routing tool such as RIPEstat. Our guide [find an IP’s ISP and ASN](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/) shows three ways.
