Lumen is named for ISP products by Oxylabs ("premium ASNs like Lumen, Comcast") and Webshare ("well known ISPs across the world such as AT&T, Sprint and Lumen"), two of the ten vendors we checked on October 19, 2026. Naming a provider on a product page is not proof of stock at any given time, ours included.
