## What does a Spectrum static IP look like to websites?

Spectrum is split across many AS numbers inherited from Time Warner Cable, Bright House and Bresnan: AS20115, AS10796, AS20001, AS11427, AS11426 and others. A Spectrum address in Dallas (AS11427) and one in Los Angeles (AS20001) can come from different networks of the same company, which matters when a check compares ASNs.

The server itself sits in a data center: see [where ISP proxies are hosted](https://pinnedip.com/guides/where-isp-proxies-are-hosted/). Check the owner of any IP with an [ASN lookup](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/).

## Which AS numbers does Spectrum announce?

An autonomous system (AS) is the network that tells the rest of the internet where an address block lives. Lookups show the AS number and its registered holder.

*RIPEstat routing data, checked 2026-10-18*

| AS number | Registered holder | IPv4 addresses announced |
| --- | --- | --- |
| AS20115 | CHARTER-20115 - Charter Communications LLC | 12,542,208 |
| AS10796 | TWC-10796-MIDWEST - Charter Communications Inc | 7,661,312 |
| AS20001 | TWC-20001-PACWEST - Charter Communications Inc | 7,554,304 |

| AS33363 | BHN-33363 - Charter Communications, Inc | 5,818,112 |
| AS11426 | TWC-11426-CAROLINAS - Charter Communications Inc | 4,462,336 |

## Do other providers sell Spectrum ISP proxies?

None of the ten vendors we checked on October 19, 2026 names Spectrum or Charter for its ISP product; ProxyEmpire names it only for rotating residential traffic. Spectrum-registered static ranges are therefore less common in published ISP offers than AT&T or Comcast. Naming a provider on a product page is not proof of stock at any given time, ours included.

## Where does Spectrum serve homes?

Charter reported 58,981,000 estimated passings on June 30, 2026, across 41 states. After the Cox transaction closed (effective August 19, 2026), the combined company reaches more than 70 million homes and businesses across 45 states.

- Charter completed its transaction with Cox Communications and Liberty Broadband effective August 19, 2026. The consumer brand stays Spectrum; former Cox markets move to Spectrum branding, and the parent company is due to be renamed Cox Communications within a year. Cox's own network keeps its AS22773 for now: see Cox.

## Spectrum ISP proxy prices

A provider costs nothing extra: the same 30-day price applies to every US IP. [All plans](https://pinnedip.com/pricing/).

| Plan | Quantity | Price | Price per unit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 static ISP IP | 1 IP · 30 days | $2.03 | $2.03/IP · 30 days |
| 10 static ISP IPs | 10 IPs · 30 days | $20.30 | $2.03/IP · 30 days |
| 50 static ISP IPs | 50 IPs · 30 days | $70.88 | $1.42/IP · 30 days |

In every plan: 30-day rental per IP · HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 · Username/password or IP allowlist · Credit back if an IP fails and cannot be fixed

Prices in USD for 30 days; the per-IP figure is one IP for the whole period. Pay in crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The top-up is the price of your order, less any balance you already have, and at least $25; anything left stays on your balance. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents.
