A static ISP proxy is an IPv4 address registered to a US consumer internet provider and announced from a server in a data center. It is not a connection through someone's home device, and it stays the same for the whole rental. Sites see the provider’s name on the address, so it looks like a consumer connection rather than a hosting company; the server itself is fast and always on, because it sits in a data center. The market is less precise than its advertising. On October 19, 2026, Rayobyte listed its static ISP locations as "USA" only and ProxyEmpire said its static product supports "only country targeting"; none of the ten vendors we checked published a list of US cities for ISP IPs ([sources and dates](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/)). We sell the same way and say it plainly. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. It is a residential-registered address, not a home connection. The IP belongs to a consumer internet provider such as AT&T or Comcast, but it runs on a server in a data center. Many vendors call it "static residential"; we call it what it is. See [static residential proxies](https://pinnedip.com/static-residential-proxies/). ### Can I choose the city or the provider? When the checkout lists them, yes. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. Prices do not change with the location or the provider: $2.03 buys one IP for 30 days anywhere in the United States. ### How do I pay without KYC? Top up your balance in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC: the top-up is the price of your order, at least $25. No ID, no selfie, no documents. Your login is an account number; email is optional. See [crypto payments](https://pinnedip.com/crypto-payments/). ### What happens after 30 days? Renew from your balance before the end date to ask for the same IPs; keeping an IP depends on upstream stock, and the client area shows the result before you pay. If you do not renew, the IP stops working at the end date and can be assigned to another customer later. ### Is there a free trial? No free trial: test with the one-IP plan, paid from the minimum top-up; the rest of the top-up stays on your balance. ## Key facts | Attribute | Value | | --- | --- | | What it is | A static ISP proxy is an IPv4 address registered to a US consumer internet provider and announced from a server in a data center. People renting a fixed US IP want to know which provider registered it, which city databases place it in, where it is hosted and what it costs per IP, not per gigabyte. Most vendors answer "United States" and stop there: on October 19, 2026, none of the ten we checked published a list of US cities for its ISP product. We publish what we can verify about each [city](https://pinnedip.com/cities/), [state](https://pinnedip.com/states/) and [provider](https://pinnedip.com/isps/), and we say plainly when availability varies. ## What do we promise, and what not? We promise what we control: the price list, the 30-day term, one customer per IP, both protocols, the [refund rules](https://pinnedip.com/refunds/), the data we keep (see [privacy](https://pinnedip.com/privacy/)) and a human answer to every support and abuse email. We do not promise a specific city, provider or /24 range before the checkout shows it, an IP that was "never used", or that a given website will accept an IP. We do not publish ratings, customer counts or reviews we cannot prove. We do not claim to be the cheapest: our [price index](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/) shows other vendors’ published prices next to ours. ## Who should not use PinnedIP? Anyone who needs to reach online banking, government or payment portals (blocked on every IP), send email (SMTP ports closed), or do anything our [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/) forbids. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. ## About: FAQ ### Who owns PinnedIP? Start from three questions: 1. **How many fixed IPs do you need?** For 1 to 5, check the smallest order: Webshare starts at 20, Oxylabs and Rayobyte at 5, Decodo at 3; PinnedIP, IPRoyal and ProxyEmpire sell one. 2. **Dedicated or shared?** Shared plans cost a tenth as much but put other users on your IP, which rules out [allowlists](https://pinnedip.com/guides/ip-allowlisting/). See [dedicated vs shared](https://pinnedip.com/compare/dedicated-vs-shared-isp-proxies/). 3. **How do you pay?** Webshare and Oxylabs take no crypto; IPRoyal asks static residential users for KYC. Then test one IP: confirm its provider and city with an [ASN lookup](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/) and a [geolocation check](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/) before you scale up. ## Best US ISP proxies: FAQ ### Which US ISP proxy provider costs least per IP? It depends on the quantity. At 100 dedicated IPs, Webshare’s published price was lowest per IP among the vendors we checked ($1.785, October 19, 2026); for one IP, PinnedIP charges $2.03 for 30 days. We do not claim to be the cheapest at any volume. ### Which ISP proxy providers do not require KYC? PinnedIP asks for no ID at any step, and ProxyEmpire says you do not need KYC to buy a plan. IPRoyal requires KYC for static residential users. Other vendors’ pages did not state a rule for ISP products. ### Why is PinnedIP first in this list? Because we publish it and it is our service. Every other row comes from the vendors’ own pages, dated October 19, 2026, with the sources below; the criteria are the same for every provider. ### Do these providers sell US ISP IPs by city? Rarely as a published list. Rayobyte lists static ISP as USA only, ProxyEmpire sells static at country level, and Decodo shows its targeting options in the dashboard. Our checkout shows the city of each IP in stock. ## Sources 1. On October 19, 2026, Webshare’s smallest ISP plan was 20 IPs, Decodo’s 3 and Oxylabs’ and Rayobyte’s dedicated plans 5. IPRoyal requires KYC for static residential users, per its product page. ## When is one IP enough? One IP is enough when the address itself is what matters: - **A single allowlist entry**: a partner portal, an internal dashboard or an API that only accepts known IPs. See [IP allowlisting](https://pinnedip.com/guides/ip-allowlisting/). - **One daily check** of a public page, at a polite rate: a price, an ad, a search result in one US market. - **A first test** before a larger order: confirm that the provider, city and speed suit your workflow, then add IPs. One IP is not enough when a site limits requests per address and you need many pages per hour: then spread the work across 10 or more IPs. ## How does paying for one IP work with a $25 minimum top-up? The top-up is the price of your order, at least $25. For one IP at $2.03, you top up $25; the plan is paid from your balance, and the rest stays there for renewals or more IPs. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. The [crypto payments page](https://pinnedip.com/crypto-payments/) shows the coins and networks: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. ## Start with one IP, or a few Same 30-day term for every plan. When the checkout lists it. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. One IP costs the same in every US city. ### Can I add more IPs later? Yes. Each order has its own 30-day term, so a second order starts its own 30 days. Your balance pays for it if it has enough left. ### Is one IP a trial? It is the smallest real plan, not a trial. No free trial: test with the one-IP plan, paid from the minimum top-up; the rest of the top-up stays on your balance. ### What if the single IP does not work? Within 24 hours of delivery, an IP is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If an IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. ## Sources 1. ISP proxies run on servers, and servers sit where networks meet. These 20 metros hold the US buildings with the most networks present: the Equinix campus in Ashburn lists 523, the NAP of the Americas in Miami 336, and One Wilshire in Los Angeles and 350 East Cermak in Chicago 335 each. A provider that registers an address in one of these metros can host it a few miles from the city it is geolocated to. The city of an IP is still what geolocation databases say, and they can disagree. Each city page explains the local quirks: New York servers in New Jersey, Houston ranges hosted in Dallas, Kansas City split between two states. Read [why ISP IP cities differ](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/) before you build a city-level report. ## Do other vendors sell US ISP proxies by city? Rarely. On October 19, 2026, none of the ten vendors we checked published a list of US cities for its ISP product: Rayobyte listed static ISP as "USA" only, ProxyEmpire said its static product supports "only country targeting", and Decodo and IPRoyal mention city targeting without publishing the list. No. Every US IP uses the same six plans, from $2.03 for one IP to $133.88 for 100, 30 days each. ### Can I get a city that is not on this list? Yes, when the stock includes it: the checkout lists the city of each IP. These 20 pages exist because the metros host most US interconnection, not because they are the only places IPs can be. ### How accurate is the city of an ISP proxy? It is as accurate as the geolocation databases. Two databases can name different cities for the same address, especially near large metros. Check the IP in two databases before relying on the city. ## Sources 1. [PeeringDB: facilities and internet exchanges](https://www.peeringdb.com/) — PeeringDB (2026-10-19) 2. What sharing changes and when it matters. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/compare/dedicated-vs-shared-isp-proxies/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Shared ISP plans put several customers on the same address and cost a fraction of dedicated plans. Here is what changes for allowlists, blocks and repeated checks, with the published prices. **Quick answer — Should I buy dedicated or shared ISP proxies?** Buy dedicated ISP proxies when the IP must be yours alone: allowlists, logged-in sessions, daily checks from one address. Shared IPs cost from $0.27 (Decodo) or $0.30 (Webshare) per month, dedicated ones about $1.79 to $5.00 (October 19, 2026). **PinnedIP** sells dedicated US IPs only, $2.03 for 30 days, no KYC. ## Published shared and dedicated prices | Provider | Shared ISP | Dedicated ISP | | --- | --- | --- | | PinnedIP | Not sold | $2.03 for 1 IP, $1.34/IP · 30 days at 100 IPs (30 days) | | Decodo | From $0.27 per IP | $2.90 per IP at 10, $2.60 at 100 | | Webshare | $0.30 per IP (from 20 IPs) | $1.89 per IP at 50, $1.785 at 100 | | Oxylabs | $1.50 to $1.20 per IP, up to 3 users | $3.00 per IP at 10, $2.60 at 50-100 | *Prices checked on October 19, 2026.* Per-month prices from each vendor’s pricing page; see the [price index](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/) for sources and terms. ## What does sharing an ISP IP change? - **Blocks travel.** If another customer’s traffic gets the shared IP rate-limited or blocked on a site, you inherit the block on that site. - **Allowlists stop making sense.** A partner who allowlists a shared IP lets every customer on it through, so most partners will refuse it, and they should. - **Repeated checks get noisier.** A site sees several users behind one address, so results can shift for reasons that have nothing to do with you. - **Sessions can collide.** Two customers logged in to the same service from one IP may trigger security checks for both. None of this matters for one-off fetches of public pages that do not track visitors, where shared IPs are good value. ## How many users share a shared IP? Vendors rarely say. Oxylabs is explicit: its shared ISP proxies are "shared with up to 3 users". Webshare and Decodo describe their cheaper plans as shared without publishing a number. If the number is not published, plan as if it could be higher. ## Is dedicated worth six to ten times the price? Count the cost of a failure, not the price per IP. If one blocked shared IP stops an allowlisted integration or spoils a week of price observations, the $2.03 of a dedicated 30-day IP is the cheaper option. If you fetch thousands of public pages once each, shared IPs or rotating traffic may do the job for less. ## Dedicated vs shared: FAQ ### Can I tell whether my ISP IP is shared? Not reliably from the outside. Ask the vendor, and read the plan name: "dedicated" and "private" plans should assign one customer per IP, while "shared" or cheaper plans usually do not. ### Does PinnedIP sell shared ISP IPs? No. Dedicated: each IP is assigned to one customer at a time for the rental. ### Is a dedicated IP guaranteed never to be blocked? No. A dedicated IP can still be limited by a site because of its own rules or the IP’s history. What it removes is the risk created by other customers during your rental. ## Sources 1. Lookup, price and uses compared. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-datacenter-proxies/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) An ISP proxy and a datacenter proxy can sit in the same building. The difference is who registered the address: a consumer internet provider, or a hosting company. That changes what a website’s IP lookup returns. **Quick answer — What is the difference between ISP and datacenter proxies?** Both run on servers in data centers. A datacenter proxy’s IP is registered to a hosting or cloud company, so lookups label it hosting; an ISP proxy’s IP is registered to a consumer provider such as AT&T or Comcast. **PinnedIP** rents US ISP IPs from $2.03 per IP for 30 days (October 2026); no KYC, crypto only. ## ISP vs datacenter proxies at a glance | | ISP proxy | Datacenter proxy | | --- | --- | --- | | Where the server is | A data center | A data center | | Who registered the IP | A consumer internet provider | A hosting, cloud or server company | | What an IP-type lookup usually returns | ISP / residential | Hosting / data center | | Speed and uptime | Data-center speed | Data-center speed | | Typical price per IP (US, October 2026) | $1.79 to $5.00 per month dedicated | Usually lower than ISP; not measured in our index | | Sites that block hosting ranges | Usually not affected by that rule | Often affected | | Supply | Leased ranges of consumer providers, limited | Plentiful, easy to add | ISP prices from our [price index](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/), checked October 19, 2026. ## Why would a site treat them differently? Many sites score an IP by its **owner** before anything else. A hosting company’s range says "server", and some sites limit or block those ranges, because real visitors rarely come from them. A consumer provider’s range says "home or office connection", which most sites let through by default. That is why ISP proxies cost more than datacenter proxies: the supply of consumer-registered ranges that providers lease for hosting is limited, while hosting ranges are plentiful. Check what a lookup returns for any IP with our [ISP and ASN guide](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/). ## When is a datacenter proxy enough? When the target does not care who owns the IP: your own servers and APIs, monitoring of sites that do not filter hosting ranges, internal QA, or bulk downloads where cost per gigabyte matters most. Pay for an ISP IP only when the owner on the address changes the result of your check, for example a public page that shows hosting visitors a different version. ## Can an ISP proxy be identified as a server anyway? Yes, by signals beyond the owner: a latency profile typical of a data center, an open port pattern, or the same IP making many requests. ISP proxies are not invisible and should not be used to evade a site’s rules. Use them for the tasks in our [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/), at a polite rate. ## ISP vs datacenter: FAQ ### Are ISP proxies just datacenter proxies with another label? They share the hardware, not the registration. The IP of an ISP proxy really is registered to a consumer provider and announced by its network, which lookups can verify. ### Which is faster? Neither, by design: both run on data-center servers with similar links. Speed depends on the server, its upstream and the distance to the target site. ### Do you sell datacenter proxies? No. PinnedIP rents US static ISP IPs only, from $2.03 per IP for 30 days. ### How do I see whether an IP is ISP or hosting? Look up its AS number and holder (RIPEstat, whois) and an IP-type database. Our guide [find an IP’s ISP and ASN](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/) shows the steps. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # ISP vs residential proxies: fixed address or rotating home IP? > ISP vs residential proxies for US targets: fixed data-center IPs registered to ISPs vs rotating home connections, compared on speed, stability, price. No KYC. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-residential-proxies/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Both show a consumer internet provider as the owner of the IP. One is a fixed server address you rent per IP; the other is a pool of home connections you pay per gigabyte. Here is what that changes for US checks. **Quick answer — What is the difference between ISP and residential proxies?** An ISP proxy is a fixed IP registered to a consumer provider such as AT&T or Comcast but hosted in a data center; a residential proxy routes traffic through real home connections and usually changes IP. ISP proxies are faster and stable, billed per IP: **PinnedIP** charges $2.03 per US IP for 30 days (October 2026), no KYC, crypto only. ## ISP vs residential proxies at a glance | | ISP proxy (static) | Residential proxy (rotating) | | --- | --- | --- | | Who owns the IP | A consumer internet provider (AT&T, Comcast, Verizon…) | A consumer internet provider | | Where the traffic exits | A server in a data center | A real home device on a home connection | | Does the IP change? | No: fixed for the rental | Yes: per connection or per session | | Speed and uptime | Data-center speed, always on | Varies with the home device and its connection | | Billing | Per IP and per period | Per gigabyte of traffic | | Best for | Allowlists, repeated checks from one address, long sessions | Many short requests across many addresses | | Looks like a household? | By its registration, not by its behaviour | Yes: it is a household connection | | Ethics of supply | Leased address space, no end users involved | Depends on device owners’ consent | ## When is an ISP proxy the better choice? Choose an ISP proxy when the **same address** matters more than the number of addresses: - a partner, supplier or internal tool needs one IP on its allowlist; - you repeat the same check every day and want changes to come from the site, not from a new IP; - a login session must last hours without the IP changing under it; - you need steady speed for large pages or downloads. On PinnedIP each US IP is dedicated for 30 days and includes HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, from $2.03. ## When is a residential proxy the better choice? Choose rotating residential proxies when you need **many different addresses** for many short requests, or traffic that comes from real household connections, for example to see a page exactly as a home visitor in a given ZIP code sees it. They are billed per GB, so they suit light pages better than heavy downloads. PinnedIP does not sell rotating residential traffic: it rents static US ISP IPs only. ## Why do vendors call ISP proxies "static residential"? Because the address belongs to a provider that also serves homes, so IP-type databases often label it residential. The label is about **registration**, not about the connection. A site that only checks the IP owner sees a consumer provider; a site that also checks behaviour, browser time zone or network latency can see a server. We use the honest name and explain it on [static residential proxies](https://pinnedip.com/static-residential-proxies/). ## How do prices compare? They are billed differently, so compare by workload. A dedicated US ISP IP costs $2.03 for 30 days here, with no per-GB charge; on October 19, 2026, other vendors published $2.60 to $5.00 per dedicated IP per month ([price index](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/)). A residential proxy charges every gigabyte, so a workload of a few gigabytes a month can cost less on residential, while heavy or always-on traffic usually costs less on a fixed ISP IP. ## ISP vs residential: FAQ ### Are ISP proxies detected more easily than residential proxies? Sites that only read the IP owner see a consumer provider in both cases. Sites that look deeper can notice that an ISP proxy sits in a data center and stays on the same address. Whether that matters depends on the site and on what you do there. ### Are ISP proxies legal? Renting a proxy IP is legal in the United States; what you do through it must be legal too and follow our [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). Online banking, government and payment portals are blocked on every IP. This is not legal advice. ### Can an ISP proxy target a ZIP code? No. An ISP proxy is one fixed address; its city comes from geolocation databases. ZIP-level targeting is a feature of rotating residential pools. ### Is a mobile proxy an ISP proxy? No. A mobile proxy exits through a carrier’s 4G or 5G network, usually behind shared carrier addresses. An ISP proxy is a fixed address of a fixed-line provider hosted in a data center. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. How payment works, step by step. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/crypto-payments/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) PinnedIP takes crypto only. You top up the price of your order, the payment is matched and credited once confirmed, and the plan is paid from your balance. **Quick answer — Can I buy US ISP proxies with Bitcoin or USDT?** Yes. **PinnedIP** accepts BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC for US static ISP proxies, with no KYC. The top-up is the price of your order, at least $25; one IP costs $2.03 for 30 days (October 2026). Send the exact amount, click I’ve sent the payment, and it is credited once confirmed. ## How payment works 1. **Top up the price of your order** — Pick a plan: the checkout proposes its price as the top-up (less any balance you already have, and at least $25). Choose the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC); the crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes. 2. **Send it to the address shown, on the exact network** — The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount. 3. **Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”** — Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how we find your payment and link it to your account. 4. **Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain** — Your balance is credited once we have checked the transaction on the blockchain, after the network has confirmed it. Typical network confirmation times: 5. **One balance for every product** — If you started from a plan, the top-up is its exact price (or the minimum, for a smaller plan): the plan is bought as soon as the top-up is credited, and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any of our plans, paid instantly. | Crypto | Network | Confirmations | Usual time | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | 2 | ≈ 20 min | | Tether (USDT) | Tron (TRC-20) | 20 | ≈ 1 min | | Tether (USDT) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min | | USD Coin (USDC) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min | | Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | 12 | ≈ 5 min | | Solana (SOL) | Solana | 1 | ≈ 1 min | | Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | 6 | ≈ 15 min | Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again. ## Which ISP proxy vendors accept crypto? | Provider | Crypto accepted (as published) | | --- | --- | | PinnedIP | Yes, only crypto: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC | | IPRoyal | Yes, more than 25 cryptocurrencies | | ProxyEmpire | Yes | | Decodo | Yes, through CoinGate (ISP pay-per-IP not verified) | | MarsProxies | Yes | | Webshare | No: cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay | | Oxylabs | No | | Rayobyte | Not stated on the pages read | *Prices checked on October 19, 2026.* From each vendor’s pricing or help pages, read October 19, 2026; sources on the [price index](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/). ## Why is the top-up the price of my order? So you pay what you buy. The checkout proposes the order price as the top-up, less any balance you already have, and at least $25. ## Crypto payments: FAQ ### Which networks can I use for USDT? USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), and USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20). The payment page shows the network for each address; send on that network only. ### What if I send the wrong amount? Payments are matched by their exact amount. If you sent a different amount, contact support with the transaction ID so it can be reviewed. ### Do you accept Monero? No. The accepted coins are BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. ### Can I get a refund in crypto? Within 24 hours of delivery, an IP is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If an IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. On October 19, 2026 we read each vendor’s public pricing page and, where needed, its help center, without an account or a purchase. We recorded the product name, whether IPs are dedicated or shared, the published prices for 1, 10, 50 and 100 IPs, the billing term, the bandwidth rule, crypto acceptance and any published identity-check rule, with a short quote as evidence. Two vendors could not be read: Bright Data’s pages did not resolve from our location and Proxy-Cheap returned HTTP 403, so they are left out of the tables. MarsProxies, Proxy-Seller, Infatica and NodeMaven loaded only partly; their figures are starting prices. We will re-check the index before November 30, 2026. Corrections: support@pinnedip.com. **Disclosure**: PinnedIP publishes this index and sells US ISP proxies; its own row uses the live price list. We do not claim to be the cheapest at any volume. ## Price index: FAQ ### Why are some vendors missing a 1-IP price? Because they do not sell one IP: Webshare starts at 20, Decodo at 3, Oxylabs and Rayobyte at 5. Dedicated vs shared explained. No KYC, crypto. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/dedicated-isp-proxies/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Shared ISP plans put several customers on the same address. Every PinnedIP plan is dedicated: the IP is yours alone for the rental. Dedicated is not the same as "never used" or "private", and this page explains the difference. **Quick answer — Where can I buy a dedicated US ISP proxy?** **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US ISP proxies: each IP is assigned to one customer at a time for 30 days, from $2.03 per IP (October 2026). Shared plans elsewhere cost less per IP because up to three users share it (Oxylabs) or the vendor does not say how many (Webshare). No KYC; pay in crypto. ## Dedicated or shared: what changes? | | Dedicated (PinnedIP) | Shared ISP plans | | --- | --- | --- | | Who uses the IP | Only you, for 30 days | You and other customers at the same time | | Price per IP (published, October 2026) | $2.03/IP · 30 days to $1.34/IP · 30 days | From $0.27 (Decodo) or $0.30 (Webshare) to $1.50 (Oxylabs) | | Rate limits and blocks | Caused by your own traffic only | Another user’s traffic can get the IP limited | | Allowlisting the IP elsewhere | Suitable: nobody else connects from it | Unsuitable: other customers share it | | Repeated daily checks | Comparable: same address, same user | Noisier: the site sees several users | *Prices checked on October 19, 2026.* Shared prices from the vendors’ pricing pages read on October 19, 2026; see the [price index](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/). ## Does dedicated mean the IP was never used? No. Dedicated means one customer at a time **during your rental**. ISP addresses are leased ranges that have existed for years, and an IP can have been used before by others, including other proxy customers. No vendor can honestly promise a "clean" or "never used" address without a way to prove it, and we do not. What you can do is test an IP before you rely on it: check its provider and city with an [ASN lookup](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/) and a [geolocation check](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/), and run your real workflow on one IP before you rent more. If an IP does not work for its normal purpose and support cannot fix it, it is replaced or credited back ([refund policy](https://pinnedip.com/refunds/)). ## Is a dedicated IP private? Private is a different promise. A dedicated proxy IP is used by you alone, but it is still a proxy: your traffic passes through our gateway, and we keep connection metadata for abuse handling. We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. The destination site sees the IP, its provider and its location, not your own address. That is enough for the business tasks we sell it for: [allowlists](https://pinnedip.com/guides/ip-allowlisting/), [repeated price checks](https://pinnedip.com/use-cases/price-monitoring/) and QA of your own sites. ## How many dedicated IPs do I need? Count the separate identities your work needs, not the traffic: - **One allowlist entry** for a partner portal or an internal tool: 1 IP. - **A daily set of checks** in one market: 1 to 5 IPs, so one blocked address does not stop the run. - **Monitoring many pages** in parallel with polite rate limits: 10 to 25 IPs, spread across the providers the checkout offers. - **Large QA or research projects**: 50 or 100 IPs, where the price per IP falls to $1.42/IP · 30 days and $1.34/IP · 30 days. ## Dedicated ISP proxy prices All plans are dedicated and last 30 days. | Plan | Quantity | Price | Price per unit | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 static ISP IP | 1 IP · 30 days | $2.03 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | | 5 static ISP IPs | 5 IPs · 30 days | $10.15 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | | 10 static ISP IPs | 10 IPs · 30 days | $20.30 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | | 25 static ISP IPs | 25 IPs · 30 days | $50.46 | $2.02/IP · 30 days | | 50 static ISP IPs | 50 IPs · 30 days | $70.88 | $1.42/IP · 30 days | | 100 static ISP IPs | 100 IPs · 30 days | $133.88 | $1.34/IP · 30 days | In every plan: 30-day rental per IP · HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 · Username/password or IP allowlist · Credit back if an IP fails and cannot be fixed **Before you pay** - You top up the price of your order. The checkout asks for the order price (less your balance), at least $25; anything left stays on your balance. - Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. - Credited once your payment is checked on the blockchain. Typical network confirmation time: BTC ≈ 20 min · USDT TRC-20 ≈ 1 min · USDT ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · USDC ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · ETH ≈ 5 min · SOL ≈ 1 min · LTC ≈ 15 min ## Dedicated ISP proxies: FAQ ### Why are dedicated ISP proxies more expensive than shared ones? Because the provider cannot sell the same address to several customers at once. In October 2026, shared ISP IPs were published from $0.27 to $1.50 per month and dedicated ones from about $1.79 to $5 per IP, per the vendors’ pricing pages. ### Can I share my dedicated IP with my team? Yes, inside your own organization: use it from several of your own tools. Reselling or giving access to third parties is not allowed by our [terms](https://pinnedip.com/terms/). ### Do I keep the same IP if I renew? Renew from your balance before the end date to ask for the same IPs; keeping an IP depends on upstream stock, and the client area shows the result before you pay. ### What if my dedicated IP gets blocked by a site? A block caused by the target site’s own rules is not a fault of the IP, and other sites keep working. If the IP does not work at all and support cannot fix it, it is replaced or credited back under the [refund policy](https://pinnedip.com/refunds/). ## Sources 1. Each block was syntax-checked; replace the documentation address and placeholders with the values from your client area. **Quick answer — How do I use a static ISP proxy in code?** Pass the proxy URL `http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@IP:PORT` (or `socks5h://` for SOCKS5) to your HTTP client: curl’s `--proxy`, the `proxies` argument of Python requests, or an agent in Node.js. **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US ISP IPs with both protocols from $2.03 for 30 days (October 2026); no KYC, crypto. ## curl curl supports both protocols natively. `socks5h` makes the proxy resolve host names. *curl: HTTP and SOCKS5* ```bash curl -s --proxy http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:HTTP_PORT https://api.ipify.org?format=json curl -s --proxy socks5h://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:SOCKS_PORT https://api.ipify.org?format=json ``` ## Python (requests) Install `requests` (and `requests[socks]` for SOCKS5). One session reuses the connection, which is polite to the target and fast. *Python: one session through a static IP* ```python import requests PROXY = "http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:8080" # or socks5h://...:SOCKS_PORT session = requests.Session() session.proxies = {"http": PROXY, "https": PROXY} session.headers["User-Agent"] = "price-check/1.0 (contact: you@example.com)" response = session.get("https://api.ipify.org?format=json", timeout=20) response.raise_for_status() print(response.json()["ip"]) ``` *Python: rotate politely across several static IPs* ```python import itertools import time import requests IPS = ["203.0.113.10", "203.0.113.11", "203.0.113.12"] USER, PASSWORD, PORT = "USERNAME", "PASSWORD", 8080 URLS = ["https://example.com/", "https://example.org/"] pool = itertools.cycle(IPS) for url in URLS: ip = next(pool) proxy = f"http://{USER}:{PASSWORD}@{ip}:{PORT}" r = requests.get(url, proxies={"http": proxy, "https": proxy}, timeout=20) print(ip, url, r.status_code) time.sleep(5) # keep a polite pace ``` ## Node.js Node’s built-in `fetch` does not take a proxy option; use the `undici` package’s `ProxyAgent` for HTTP proxies (Node 18 or later). *Node.js: fetch through an HTTP proxy with undici* ```javascript const { ProxyAgent, fetch } = require('undici'); const agent = new ProxyAgent('http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:8080'); (async () => { const res = await fetch('https://api.ipify.org?format=json', { dispatcher: agent }); const body = await res.json(); console.log(body.ip); })(); ``` > **Margin note** 203.0.113.0/24 is a documentation range (RFC 5737) and port 8080 is a placeholder: use the IP and ports from your client area. ## What rules apply to automated requests? Send requests at a pace the site can handle, identify your client where you can, respect robots.txt and the site’s terms, and do not collect personal data you have no right to process. Online banking, government and payment portals are blocked on every IP, and so are SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587. The full list is in the [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). ## Code examples: FAQ ### Why use socks5h instead of socks5? With socks5h the proxy resolves the host name, so DNS lookups also go through the US IP. With socks5 your own machine resolves names first. ### Why does my request return 407? The proxy did not receive valid credentials. Check the username and password, or allowlist your own IP in the client area and drop the credentials. ### Can I run many requests in parallel on one IP? Yes, within fair use. Many sites limit requests per IP, so spread heavy work across several IPs and keep a polite rate. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # ISP proxy quickstart: from payment to your first request > ISP proxy quickstart: buy a US static IP with crypto, read IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD, connect over HTTP or SOCKS5 and test it in five steps. No KYC, from $2.03. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/docs/quickstart/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Everything you need to go from an empty account to a working US static IP: the order, the payment, the connection format and the first test. **Quick answer — How do I start using a PinnedIP static ISP proxy?** Choose a plan (one US IP costs $2.03 for 30 days), top up the order price in crypto, then copy the IP from your client area in the format IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD and send a test request to api.ipify.org through it. No KYC: an account number is your login, and email is optional. ## The five steps 1. **Choose a plan** — On pricing, pick the number of IPs. The checkout lists the states, cities and providers in stock. 2. **Save your account number** — It is your login. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. 3. **Pay in crypto** — Top up the order price (at least $25) in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Send the exact amount on the network shown, then click I’ve sent the payment; it is matched by its exact amount and credited once confirmed. 4. **Copy your IPs** — Each IP appears as IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD, with an HTTP port and a SOCKS5 port. You can also allowlist up to 10 of your own IPs. 5. **Send a test request** — Use the commands below; the answer must be your rented IP. ## What does the connection string look like? Each line of your list is one IP. The fields are the address, the port, then the username and password. In proxy URLs, the same values become `scheme://USERNAME:PASSWORD@IP:PORT`, where the scheme is `http` for the HTTP port or `socks5h` for the SOCKS5 port. *Format of one line (documentation values)* ```text 203.0.113.10:HTTP_PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD ``` *First test with curl* ```bash curl -s --proxy http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:HTTP_PORT https://api.ipify.org curl -s --proxy socks5h://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:SOCKS_PORT https://api.ipify.org ``` ## What if the test fails? - **407 Proxy Authentication Required**: the username or password is wrong, or your tool did not send them. Copy them again from the client area. - **Connection refused or timeout**: check the port (HTTP and SOCKS5 use different ports) and that your network allows outgoing connections to it. - **A different IP comes back**: your tool is not using the proxy for that request, or a VPN is overriding it. - **Email sending fails**: SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587 are closed on every IP. A static ISP proxy is an IPv4 address registered to a US consumer internet provider and announced from a server in a data center. It is not a connection through someone's home device, and it stays the same for the whole rental. See [static residential proxies](https://pinnedip.com/static-residential-proxies/). ### Is it the same as a residential proxy? No. A residential proxy goes through real home connections and usually rotates; an ISP proxy is a fixed address on a server. See [ISP vs residential](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-residential-proxies/). ### Is my IP shared? No. Dedicated: each IP is assigned to one customer at a time for the rental. ### Which protocols work? HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5 on every IP. See [SOCKS5 ISP proxies](https://pinnedip.com/socks5-isp-proxies/). ### Is bandwidth limited? No per-GB billing: each IP has a flat 30-day price, under fair use. ## Locations and providers ### Which countries do you cover? Only the United States. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. ### Can I choose a state, a city or a provider? When the checkout lists them. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. ### How reliable is the city of an IP? The city of an ISP IP is what geolocation databases report; databases can disagree, and no city or provider is promised before the checkout shows it. See [why ISP IP cities differ](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/). ### Can I get IPs from different /24 ranges? IPs of one order can come from the same /24 range; different /24 ranges are not promised. ## Price, payment and refunds ### How much does it cost? $2.03 for 1 IP, $20.30 for 10, $70.88 for 50 and $133.88 for 100, each for 30 days. See [pricing](https://pinnedip.com/pricing/). ### Which coins do you accept? BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. The top-up is the price of your order, at least $25. ### Is there a free trial? No free trial: test with the one-IP plan, paid from the minimum top-up; the rest of the top-up stays on your balance. ### What is the refund policy? Within 24 hours of delivery, an IP is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If an IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. ## Account, setup and renewal ### Do you need my ID or email? No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. Account-number login; email is optional. ### How do I connect? Each IP comes as IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD, or you allowlist up to 10 of your own IPs. See the [quickstart](https://pinnedip.com/docs/quickstart/). ### When do I get my IPs? IPs are allocated after you buy from your confirmed crypto balance; if we cannot deliver an order within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance. ### What happens at the end of the 30 days? Renew from your balance before the end date to ask for the same IPs; keeping an IP depends on upstream stock, and the client area shows the result before you pay. Nothing renews or is charged without your action. ## Rules ### What is blocked? Online banking, government and payment sites, and the email-sending (SMTP) ports 25, 465 and 587. See the [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). ### What do you log? We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. ### Who runs PinnedIP? A partner can allowlist your proxy IP; we can allowlist your own IPs so you connect without a password. **ASN (autonomous system number)** — The number of a network that announces IP blocks to the internet, such as AS7018 for AT&T. Lookups show the ASN and its holder. See [find an IP’s ISP and ASN](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/). **Carrier hotel** — A building where many networks rent space and connect, such as 60 Hudson Street in New York or One Wilshire in Los Angeles. See [where ISP proxies are hosted](https://pinnedip.com/guides/where-isp-proxies-are-hosted/). **Datacenter proxy** — A proxy whose IP is registered to a hosting or cloud company. See [ISP vs datacenter](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-datacenter-proxies/). **Dedicated proxy** — An IP used by one customer at a time for the rental. It does not mean the IP was never used before. **Geolocation** — The estimated location of an IP, from commercial or open databases. Databases can disagree about the city. See [why ISP IP cities differ](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/). **HTTP proxy** — A proxy that relays web requests; HTTPS traffic passes through a CONNECT tunnel and stays encrypted end to end. **Internet exchange (IX)** — A shared switch, usually in a carrier hotel, where many networks exchange traffic directly. PeeringDB lists their members. **ISP proxy** — A fixed IP registered to a consumer internet provider and hosted on a data-center server. Also sold as static residential proxy. **Residential proxy** — A proxy that exits through real home connections, usually rotating, billed per GB. **Rotating proxy** — A proxy whose exit IP changes per connection, per request or per session. **Shared proxy** — An IP used by several customers at the same time. Cheaper, but unsuitable for allowlists. **SOCKS5** — A proxy protocol that relays any TCP connection and can resolve host names on the proxy side (socks5h). See [SOCKS5 ISP proxies](https://pinnedip.com/socks5-isp-proxies/). **Static proxy** — A proxy whose exit IP stays the same for the whole rental. See [check that an IP is static](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-static-ip/). **Static residential proxy** — The market’s name for an ISP proxy: the address is registered to a residential-type provider, the server is in a data center. **/24 (subnet)** — A block of 256 consecutive IPv4 addresses, such as 203.0.113.0 to 203.0.113.255. Some sites treat addresses of one /24 as related. ## Glossary: FAQ ### Is "static residential" the same as "ISP"? Yes, in practice. Both names describe a fixed address registered to a consumer provider and hosted in a data center. ### Is "dedicated" the same as "private"? Vendors use both words for an IP used by one customer at a time. Neither means the traffic is hidden from the proxy operator: we keep connection metadata for abuse handling, as the [privacy policy](https://pinnedip.com/privacy/) explains. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Write down the exit IP, its AS number and holder, and the city two databases report, then run your task at the rate you plan to use. If the target site treats the IP as expected, scale up; if not, a different provider or city may suit it better, and the first 24 hours are covered by the [refund policy](https://pinnedip.com/refunds/). The comparisons explain the choices: [ISP vs residential](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-residential-proxies/), [ISP vs datacenter](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-datacenter-proxies/) and [dedicated vs shared](https://pinnedip.com/compare/dedicated-vs-shared-isp-proxies/). ## Guides: FAQ ### Do the code examples work with any proxy? Yes: they use standard HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy settings and public echo or lookup services. Replace the documentation address 203.0.113.10 and the placeholders with your own values. ### Is there an API for static IPs? Your IPs, credentials and end dates are in the client area, with a TXT or CSV export. A public API for static rentals is not documented yet. ### Where are the rules of use? In the [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). Blocked on every IP: Online banking, government and payment sites, and the email-sending (SMTP) ports 25, 465 and 587. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # How to find which ISP and ASN an IP address belongs to > How to find which ISP and ASN an IP address belongs to: whois, the free RIPEstat API and a one-line script. Check any ISP proxy before you rely on it. No KYC. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) The provider name an ISP proxy shows comes from routing and registration data anyone can query. Three free ways to read it, and what the answers mean. **Quick answer — How do I find the ISP and ASN of an IP address?** Query the routing data: the free RIPEstat API returns the AS number that announces an IP and the holder’s name, and `whois` returns who registered the block. For example, AT&T’s main network is AS7018. **PinnedIP** shows each IP’s provider at checkout; its US ISP IPs cost $2.03 for 30 days (October 2026). ## What is an ASN, and why does it matter for ISP proxies? An autonomous system number (ASN) identifies a network that announces blocks of IP addresses to the rest of the internet. Every public IP is announced by at least one AS, and the AS has a registered holder, such as "AT&T Enterprises" for AS7018 or "Comcast Cable Communications" for AS7922. Websites and IP-type databases use that holder to classify an address as a consumer provider, a business network or a hosting company. An ISP proxy is valuable because its AS holder is a consumer provider; you can verify that yourself in a minute. ## Way 1: the RIPEstat API (any IP, any region) RIPEstat is run by RIPE NCC and covers the whole internet, not only Europe. Its `network-info` call returns the announcing AS for an IP, and `as-overview` returns the holder name: *curl: which AS announces this IP, and who holds it?* ```bash curl -s "https://stat.ripe.net/data/network-info/data.json?resource=203.0.113.10" curl -s "https://stat.ripe.net/data/as-overview/data.json?resource=AS7018" ``` ## Way 2: whois (who registered the block) `whois` asks the regional registry (ARIN for most US addresses) who registered the block. The answer can name the provider, or a business customer the provider assigned the block to. Run `whois 203.0.113.10` on macOS or Linux, or use ARIN’s web search at search.arin.net. When whois and the routing data disagree, the routing data (Way 1) is what most websites use. ## Way 3: one script for many IPs If you rent 10 or 100 IPs, check them in one pass. This Node.js script (version 18 or later, no packages) prints the announcing AS and holder for each address in a list: *Node.js: AS number and holder for a list of IPs* ```javascript const ips = ['203.0.113.10', '203.0.113.11']; async function lookup(ip) { const net = await (await fetch(`https://stat.ripe.net/data/network-info/data.json?resource=${ip}`)).json(); const asn = net.data.asns[0]; if (!asn) return `${ip}\tnot announced`; const ov = await (await fetch(`https://stat.ripe.net/data/as-overview/data.json?resource=AS${asn}`)).json(); return `${ip}\tAS${asn}\t${ov.data.holder}`; } (async () => { for (const ip of ips) console.log(await lookup(ip)); })(); ``` > **Margin note** 203.0.113.0/24 is reserved for documentation (RFC 5737), so the examples return "not announced". Use your own IPs. ## Which AS numbers do the main US providers use? Our provider pages list them with their IPv4 counts (RIPEstat, October 18, 2026). The main ones: [AT&T](https://pinnedip.com/isps/att/) AS7018, [Comcast](https://pinnedip.com/isps/comcast/) AS7922, [Verizon](https://pinnedip.com/isps/verizon/) AS701, [Spectrum](https://pinnedip.com/isps/spectrum/) AS20115 and regional networks, [Cox](https://pinnedip.com/isps/cox/) AS22773, [Frontier](https://pinnedip.com/isps/frontier/) AS5650, [Lumen (CenturyLink)](https://pinnedip.com/isps/lumen-centurylink/) AS209, [Windstream](https://pinnedip.com/isps/windstream-kinetic/) AS7029 and [Astound (RCN)](https://pinnedip.com/isps/astound-rcn/) AS6079. ## ISP and ASN lookups: FAQ ### Why does a lookup show a hosting company for my proxy? Then the IP is announced by a hosting network, which makes it a datacenter proxy, not an ISP proxy. See [ISP vs datacenter proxies](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-datacenter-proxies/). If a PinnedIP IP shows that, contact support. ### Can one IP show two different providers? Yes, when a provider was bought and kept its old network. Cox addresses still show AS22773 after Charter bought Cox in August 2026, and Frontier keeps AS5650 under Verizon. ### Is the ASN the same as the city? No. The ASN tells you the network; the city comes from geolocation databases. See [why ISP IP cities differ](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/). ## Sources 1. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # How to check that a proxy IP is static, step by step > How to check that a proxy IP is static: test the exit IP over time with curl or Python, compare HTTP and SOCKS5, log changes. Copy-paste scripts, no KYC needed. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-static-ip/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) A static proxy should show the same exit IP every time, on every protocol, for the whole rental. Here is how to prove it with a few requests, a small script and a log you can keep. **Quick answer — How do I check that a proxy IP is static?** Send several requests through the proxy to an IP echo service such as api.ipify.org, a few minutes and then a few hours apart, over HTTP and SOCKS5: a static IP returns the same address every time. **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US static ISP IPs from $2.03 for 30 days (October 2026), no KYC, crypto. ## How do I test it in five steps? 1. **Note the IP you rented** — Your client area lists it as IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD. The exit IP should be that address. 2. **Ask an echo service** — Request https://api.ipify.org through the proxy: it answers with the IP it sees. 3. **Repeat over time** — Run the same request 5 times a minute apart, then again a few hours later. 4. **Repeat on the other protocol** — Do the same over SOCKS5 and over HTTP: the IP must not change. 5. **Keep a log** — Save timestamp and IP for each test. If an IP ever changes, send the log to support. ## Which commands should I run? With curl, one line per protocol. Replace the placeholders with the values from your client area; 203.0.113.10 is a documentation address. *curl: five checks a minute apart (HTTP)* ```bash for i in 1 2 3 4 5; do date -u +%FT%TZ curl -s --proxy http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:HTTP_PORT https://api.ipify.org echo sleep 60 done ``` *curl: the same check over SOCKS5* ```bash curl -s --proxy socks5h://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:SOCKS_PORT https://api.ipify.org ``` ## Can I log it with a Python script? Yes. This script checks the exit IP every 10 minutes for a day and writes a CSV line each time. It uses only the `requests` library; for SOCKS5 install `requests[socks]` and change the proxy URL to `socks5h://`. *Python: log the exit IP every 10 minutes* ```python import csv import time from datetime import datetime, timezone import requests PROXY = "http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:8080" EXPECTED = "203.0.113.10" proxies = {"http": PROXY, "https": PROXY} with open("static-ip-log.csv", "a", newline="") as f: log = csv.writer(f) for _ in range(144): # 24 hours, every 10 minutes stamp = datetime.now(timezone.utc).isoformat(timespec="seconds") try: ip = requests.get("https://api.ipify.org", proxies=proxies, timeout=20).text.strip() except requests.RequestException as exc: ip = f"error: {exc.__class__.__name__}" log.writerow([stamp, ip, "ok" if ip == EXPECTED else "CHANGED"]) f.flush() time.sleep(600) ``` ## What results should worry me? - **A different IP on some requests**: the proxy is rotating, or the connection fell back to another route. A static rental should never do this; contact support with your log. - **Errors only**: the IP may be down, or your credentials or allowlist are wrong. Check the [quickstart](https://pinnedip.com/docs/quickstart/) first. - **The right IP, the wrong city**: that is geolocation, not rotation. Databases can disagree about the city of a fixed address; see [why ISP IP cities differ](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/). - **The right IP, an unexpected provider**: look up its AS number with the [ISP and ASN guide](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/). ## Why is my home IP "dynamic" while a proxy is static? Most home connections get their public address from the provider by DHCP, and it can change after a router restart or when the lease ends. A static proxy address is assigned to a server and does not depend on a home router. This guide checks the proxy’s exit IP; to check your own home connection, compare the IP your router shows over several days. ## Static IP checks: FAQ ### How long should I test before trusting an IP? A day of checks every 10 minutes is enough to see rotation. For an allowlist, keep the log running for the first week. ### Will the IP change when I renew? Renew from your balance before the end date to ask for the same IPs; keeping an IP depends on upstream stock, and the client area shows the result before you pay. ### Why do I see a different IP in my browser? Check that the browser really uses the proxy for every request, including WebRTC. A system-wide VPN or a browser extension can override proxy settings. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # IP allowlisting with a static ISP proxy, in both directions > IP allowlisting with a static ISP proxy, both ways: give a partner one fixed US IP, or log in to the proxy by allowlisting your own IP. Steps and checks. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/guides/ip-allowlisting/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Allowlisting works in two directions: a partner allowlists your fixed proxy IP so your tools can reach their system, and we allowlist your own IP so you can use the proxy without a password. Both need an address that does not change. **Quick answer — Can I use a static proxy IP for an IP allowlist?** Yes, if the IP is dedicated and fixed: give the partner your proxy’s exit IP and send your traffic through it. **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US ISP IPs that stay the same for 30 days, from $2.03 (October 2026), and you can log in to them by password or by allowlisting up to 10 of your own IPs. No KYC; crypto. ## Direction 1: a partner allowlists your proxy IP Use this when a supplier portal, a partner API or your company’s own admin tool only accepts known addresses, and your team works from changing home or travel connections. 1. Rent one dedicated IP ([buy one ISP proxy](https://pinnedip.com/buy-one-isp-proxy/)). 2. [Confirm it is static](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-static-ip/) and note the exit IP. 3. Send that IP to the partner for their allowlist, with the rental end date. 4. Route only that tool’s traffic through the proxy (browser profile, script or app setting). 5. Renew before the end date. Renew from your balance before the end date to ask for the same IPs; keeping an IP depends on upstream stock, and the client area shows the result before you pay. ## Direction 2: we allowlist your IP to log in without a password Use this when a tool cannot store proxy credentials. In your client area, add up to 10 of your own public IPs; connections from them are accepted without a username and password. Anyone else still needs credentials. Remove an IP from the list as soon as you stop using that connection. ## Why not use a shared or rotating IP for an allowlist? - A **rotating** IP changes, so the partner would have to allow a whole range, which most refuse. - A **shared** IP lets other customers of the same vendor through the partner’s allowlist. That is a security risk for the partner, and a reason to refuse it. See [dedicated vs shared](https://pinnedip.com/compare/dedicated-vs-shared-isp-proxies/). - A **dedicated static** IP is one address used by you alone for the rental, which is what allowlists are designed for. > **Margin note** Allowlist only systems you are authorized to use. Online banking, government and payment portals are blocked on every PinnedIP IP. ## What can go wrong, and how to plan for it? - **The rental ends**: renew before the end date and keep the date in the partner’s ticket. - **The IP fails**: a replacement IP has a different address, so the partner must update the list; give them two IPs from the start if downtime is costly. - **The partner sees a consumer provider**: some security teams expect a business range; tell them it is a dedicated proxy IP and give the AS number from an [ASN lookup](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/). ## Allowlisting: FAQ ### How many IPs can I allowlist for proxy access? Up to 10 of your own public IPs per account. Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs). ### Will the partner see my real IP? No: they see the proxy’s exit IP. We keep connection metadata for abuse handling; see the [privacy policy](https://pinnedip.com/privacy/). ### Should I give a partner two IPs? If the integration is critical, yes: two dedicated IPs ($10.15 buys five) let you switch without waiting for the partner to update the list. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # Why the city of an ISP proxy differs between IP databases > Why the city of an ISP proxy differs between geolocation databases, how to check it in two of them, and what it means for city-level US checks. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) A fixed US address can show New York in one database and Secaucus in another. Here is where IP geolocation comes from, why ISP proxies are hard to place, and how to test a city before you rely on it. **Quick answer — Why do IP databases show different cities for the same ISP proxy?** Because IP geolocation is an estimate. Each database combines registry records, provider data, network measurements and user corrections, and they weigh them differently; a data-center address near a large metro is easy to place in the wrong suburb. **PinnedIP** shows the city of each US ISP IP when known. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. ## Where does IP geolocation come from? No registry publishes the city of an IP. Commercial and free databases build it from several signals: - **Registration**: the address and organization in the regional registry (ARIN for most US addresses). - **Provider feeds**: some providers publish geolocation feeds for their ranges (the RFC 8805 format). - **Network measurements**: latency from probes in known places, and the names of routers on the path. - **Corrections**: reports from users and site owners. Each database updates on its own schedule. A block that moved from one city to another can stay at its old location in one database for weeks. ## Why are ISP proxies harder to place than home IPs? A home IP is usually placed close to its subscriber because the provider’s own data and user corrections point there. An ISP proxy address is registered to a consumer provider but hosted in a data center, so the signals can disagree: the registration may point to one city, the latency to the building where the server sits. That is why a server in Secaucus can appear as Secaucus, Newark or New York, and why many proxy IPs in Northern Virginia appear as Ashburn. Our [city pages](https://pinnedip.com/cities/) note these local quirks metro by metro. ## How do I check the city of an IP? 1. **Pick two databases** — Use two independent services, for example a commercial database’s free lookup page and an open one. Do not rely on one answer. 2. **Look up the exit IP** — Use the IP the proxy actually shows (check that it is static first), not the one you expect. 3. **Compare country, state and city** — Country and state almost always agree. If the city differs, note both. 4. **Test the target site** — Open the page you care about through the proxy: a store locator or a local-results page shows which city that site thinks you are in. That is the answer that matters for your check. ## What should I do when databases disagree? Decide what your check needs. For **statewide** tasks (tax, privacy notices, state rules), a state match is enough, and it is usually consistent. For **city-level** tasks (local search, delivery fees), trust the target site’s own reading over any database, and choose IPs it places in the right city. If an IP lands in the wrong metro for your purpose, contact support: when another IP in stock fits better, it can be swapped under the [refund policy](https://pinnedip.com/refunds/) during the first 24 hours. ## Can a browser reveal a different location? Yes. A browser can expose your own time zone, language and, with permission, GPS position, and WebRTC can reveal local network details. A US IP with a browser set to another time zone looks inconsistent to sites that compare the two. For QA of your own site, set the browser’s time zone and language to match the city you test. ## Geolocation: FAQ ### Can you guarantee the city of an IP? No. The city of an ISP IP is what geolocation databases report; databases can disagree, and no city or provider is promised before the checkout shows it. The checkout shows the city we have on record for each IP; test it in two databases. ### Can I report a wrong city to a database? Most databases accept corrections from network operators. As a customer, tell our support: we can pass the correction upstream, but database updates take time and are not in our control. ### Does the city change during my rental? The IP does not change; a database can move it after an update. Re-check monthly if your work depends on the city. ## Sources 1. This guide explains those buildings, with PeeringDB counts for the 20 metros on this site. **Quick answer — Where are US ISP proxies physically hosted?** In data centers, mostly in carrier hotels where many networks connect, such as the Equinix campus in Ashburn (523 networks in PeeringDB), the NAP of the Americas in Miami (336), One Wilshire in Los Angeles and 350 East Cermak in Chicago (335 each), checked October 19, 2026. **PinnedIP** rents US ISP IPs from $2.03 for 30 days. ## What is a carrier hotel? A carrier hotel is a building where many networks rent space and connect to each other, usually in a "meet-me room". Providers, clouds and content networks exchange traffic there directly or through an internet exchange (IX), a shared switch that lets dozens or hundreds of networks connect at once. Many carrier hotels started as telephone, freight or office buildings close to old fiber routes, which is why they sit in downtowns: 60 Hudson Street in New York, One Wilshire in Los Angeles, 56 Marietta Street in Atlanta. ## Why would an ISP proxy sit in one? Because the server needs fast, reliable links and the consumer provider’s address must be routed to it. A provider can lease address space for a hosted service and route it to a server in a building where it is present; carrier hotels are where the most providers are present. The result is an IP registered to a consumer provider, with data-center speed and uptime. That is the honest description of an ISP proxy, and it is why its city is not a home address: see [why ISP IP cities differ](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/). ## The largest buildings and exchanges in our 20 metros *PeeringDB facility and exchange records, read 2026-10-19* | Metro | Building | Networks there | Largest exchange | Networks on it | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Ashburn, VA](https://pinnedip.com/cities/ashburn-va/) | Equinix Ashburn campus | 523 | Equinix Ashburn | 345 | | [Miami, FL](https://pinnedip.com/cities/miami-fl/) | NAP of the Americas | 336 | FL-IX | 196 | | [Los Angeles, CA](https://pinnedip.com/cities/los-angeles-ca/) | One Wilshire | 335 | Any2West (also Silicon Valley) | 264 | | [Chicago, IL](https://pinnedip.com/cities/chicago-il/) | 350 E Cermak Rd | 335 | Equinix Chicago | 254 | | [San Jose, CA](https://pinnedip.com/cities/san-jose-ca/) | Equinix SV1, Great Oaks Blvd | 283 | Any2West | 264 | | [Seattle, WA](https://pinnedip.com/cities/seattle-wa/) | Westin Building Exchange | 233 | SIX Seattle | 370 | | [Atlanta, GA](https://pinnedip.com/cities/atlanta-ga/) | 56 Marietta Street | 191 | Digital Realty Atlanta | 146 | | [Dallas, TX](https://pinnedip.com/cities/dallas-tx/) | Infomart (Equinix DA1) | 168 | Equinix Dallas | 209 | | [New York, NY](https://pinnedip.com/cities/new-york-ny/) | 60 Hudson Street | 162 | DE-CIX New York | 263 | | [Denver, CO](https://pinnedip.com/cities/denver-co/) | 910 15th St (CoreSite DE1) | 154 | IX-Denver | 91 | | [Kansas City, MO](https://pinnedip.com/cities/kansas-city-mo/) | 1102 Grand Blvd | 84 | KCIX | 199 | | [Minneapolis, MN](https://pinnedip.com/cities/minneapolis-mn/) | 511 Building | 82 | MICE | 147 | PeeringDB counts are self-reported networks. The other 8 metros are on their [city pages](https://pinnedip.com/cities/). ## Does the building decide the city an IP shows? Not directly. Websites do not see the building; they see the IP, its registered owner and what geolocation databases say about it. A database may place the IP in the registry’s city, in the building’s city or in the metro’s main city. Charlotte and Las Vegas, where the local exchanges are small, show the effect: addresses geolocated there can be hosted in Atlanta, Ashburn or Los Angeles. ## Hosting: FAQ ### Is a carrier-hotel IP a residential IP? No. The IP is registered to a consumer provider, but the server is in a data center. That is the definition of an ISP proxy. ### Which building is my PinnedIP IP in? We do not publish the building of each IP; the checkout shows the provider and, when known, the state and city of the address. Static ISP IPs come from upstream partners that lease address space registered to US internet providers and host it on servers in US data centers. No home device or end-user connection is involved. ### Why is Ashburn so large? Northern Virginia has the largest cluster of data centers in the United States and every large network is present there; the Equinix Ashburn campus alone lists 523 networks in PeeringDB (October 19, 2026). ## Sources 1. No. The address is registered to AT&T and announced by its network, but the server sits in a data center. Sites see AT&T as the owner of the IP; no AT&T subscriber is behind it. ### Can I choose the provider? When the checkout lists it. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. The price does not change with the provider. ### How do I check the provider of an IP? Look up its AS number with a whois or routing tool such as RIPEstat. Our guide [find an IP’s ISP and ASN](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/) shows three ways. ## Sources 1. We do not ask for identity documents at any step. Here is exactly what that means, and what rules still apply. **Quick answer — Can I buy US ISP proxies without KYC?** Yes. **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US static ISP IPs with no KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. Your login is an account number, email is optional, and you pay in crypto; one IP costs $2.03 for 30 days (October 2026). ## What do we ask for, and what not? | Item | Asked? | | --- | --- | | Identity document, selfie, proof of address | No | | Name or company name | No | | Email | Optional, for account recovery and receipts | | Phone number | No | | Payment | Crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC | | Acceptance of our rules | Yes: terms and acceptable use policy | ## What does the market require? Identity checks are common among large vendors. On October 19, 2026, IPRoyal’s static residential page said users "will have to go through our KYC process"; Oxylabs mentions a short KYC procedure to unlock restricted targets; Rayobyte describes passport checks for residential proxies. ProxyEmpire’s static page said: "You don’t need KYC to buy a plan." Sources are on the [price index](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/). ## What still applies without KYC? No KYC is about paperwork, not about rules. You accept our [terms](https://pinnedip.com/terms/) and [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). Blocked on every IP: Online banking, government and payment sites, and the email-sending (SMTP) ports 25, 465 and 587. A person reviews every abuse report; confirmed abuse leads to suspension. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. ## What do we keep? We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. The full policy is on the [privacy page](https://pinnedip.com/privacy/). ## No KYC: FAQ ### Will you ask for ID later? Not for buying, renewing or topping up. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation, which does not require identity documents. ### What if I lose my account number? Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. ### Is no KYC legal? Selling proxies without identity documents is a business choice; the law still applies to us and to what you do with the IPs. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. This is not legal advice. ### Why pay in crypto? It works without card details or a bank account in your name on our side. See [crypto payments](https://pinnedip.com/crypto-payments/) for coins and networks. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. | Crypto | Network | Confirmations | Usual time | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | 2 | ≈ 20 min | | Tether (USDT) | Tron (TRC-20) | 20 | ≈ 1 min | | Tether (USDT) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min | | USD Coin (USDC) | Ethereum (ERC-20) | 12 | ≈ 5 min | | Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | 12 | ≈ 5 min | | Solana (SOL) | Solana | 1 | ≈ 1 min | | Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | 6 | ≈ 15 min | Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again. ## Pricing questions ### Is traffic included? No per-GB billing: each IP has a flat 30-day price, under fair use. Traffic totals still count upload and download for fair-use and abuse checks: 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. ### Why does the price per IP drop at 50 IPs? Larger orders cost us less to allocate and support. From 1 to 25 IPs the rate stays at about $2.03/IP · 30 days; at 50 IPs it falls to $1.42/IP · 30 days and at 100 IPs to $1.34/IP · 30 days, each for 30 days. ### Do I pay more for a specific city or provider? No. The six plans apply to every US IP the checkout lists, whatever its state, city or provider. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. ### What is the minimum payment? The top-up is the price of your order, at least $25. If you buy one IP for $2.03, the rest stays on your balance for renewals or more IPs, and the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. ### Can I get a refund? Within 24 hours of delivery, an IP is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If an IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. Details on the [refund policy](https://pinnedip.com/refunds/). ### Do prices renew automatically? No. Nothing is charged without your action: you renew from your balance before the end date. Renew from your balance before the end date to ask for the same IPs; keeping an IP depends on upstream stock, and the client area shows the result before you pay. ## Sources 1. Setup for curl and browsers. No KYC, crypto. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/socks5-isp-proxies/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Every PinnedIP address accepts SOCKS5 and HTTP(S) on separate ports, with a username and password or an IP allowlist. Pick the protocol your tool supports; the IP stays the same. **Quick answer — Where can I get a static SOCKS5 ISP proxy in the US?** **PinnedIP** rents static US ISP IPs that accept SOCKS5 as well as HTTP and HTTPS, from $2.03 per dedicated IP for 30 days (October 2026). The client area gives each IP with its SOCKS5 port and credentials. No KYC; you pay in crypto. ## SOCKS5 or HTTP: which should I use? | | SOCKS5 | HTTP / HTTPS (CONNECT) | | --- | --- | --- | | What it carries | Any TCP connection; UDP depends on the client and target | Web traffic; HTTPS travels through a CONNECT tunnel | | DNS lookups | Can be done by the proxy (socks5h in curl) | Done by the proxy for HTTPS CONNECT | | Typical tools | curl, browsers, SSH, some desktop apps | Every HTTP library, browsers, scrapers | | Encryption | None added: use HTTPS or another encrypted protocol inside | None added: HTTPS stays encrypted end to end | | Same IP? | Yes | Yes | ## How do I connect with SOCKS5? Your client area lists each IP as `IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD`, with one port for HTTP and one for SOCKS5. In curl, use `socks5h://` so the proxy resolves host names as well, which keeps DNS queries on the US IP: *curl through SOCKS5 (replace the four placeholders)* ```bash curl --proxy socks5h://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:SOCKS_PORT https://api.ipify.org?format=json ``` *curl through HTTP* ```bash curl --proxy http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@203.0.113.10:HTTP_PORT https://api.ipify.org?format=json ``` > **Note** 203.0.113.10 is a documentation address (RFC 5737). Use the IP and ports shown in your client area. ## Can I use the IP without a password? Yes: add up to 10 of your own public IPs to the allowlist in your client area, then connect without credentials. That is the easiest setup for tools that do not handle proxy passwords well. The [IP allowlisting guide](https://pinnedip.com/guides/ip-allowlisting/) shows both directions: allowlisting your IP with us, and giving your PinnedIP address to a partner’s allowlist. ## Which ports are blocked? Outgoing email ports are closed on every IP: SMTP on 25, 465 and 587. Online banking, government and payment portals are blocked whatever the protocol. Everything else follows the [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). ## SOCKS5 ISP proxy prices SOCKS5 costs nothing extra: every plan includes both protocols. No. HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5 on every IP; the price is the same, from $2.03 per IP for 30 days. ### Does SOCKS5 encrypt my traffic? No. SOCKS5 relays connections without adding encryption. Use HTTPS or another encrypted protocol inside the tunnel, as you would on any network. ### Why does my browser show a different city than expected? Browsers can leak your own time zone or use WebRTC. The city of an ISP IP is what geolocation databases report; databases can disagree, and no city or provider is promised before the checkout shows it. See [why ISP IP cities differ](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/). ### Can I send email through the proxy? No. SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587 are closed on every IP to prevent spam. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # Where our US ISP proxy IPs come from > Where PinnedIP's US static ISP IPs come from: address space registered to US internet providers, hosted in data centers, with no home devices involved. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/sourcing/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) An ISP proxy involves no home device and no end user: it is an address registered to a US provider, on a server. Here is what we can say about the supply, and what we do not claim. **Quick answer — Where do PinnedIP’s static ISP IPs come from?** Static ISP IPs come from upstream partners that lease address space registered to US internet providers and host it on servers in US data centers. No home device or end-user connection is involved. Each IP is rented to one customer at a time for 30 days, from $2.03 (October 2026). We do not name our upstream partners, and we do not promise a provider, city or /24 range before the checkout shows it. ## How does an ISP proxy differ from a residential pool in sourcing? A rotating residential pool sends traffic through devices of real people, so its ethics depend on how those people consented. An ISP proxy does not use anyone’s device: the address belongs to a provider’s registered space and is announced to a server in a data center. The questions to ask are different: is the address space legitimately leased, is the server operated within the provider’s and the data center’s rules, and is abuse handled. Read [ISP vs residential proxies](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-residential-proxies/) for the full comparison. ## What can I verify myself? The registration and routing of every IP you rent. Look up its AS number and holder with the free RIPEstat API or whois ([guide](https://pinnedip.com/guides/check-ip-isp-asn/)): the holder should be a US internet provider, not a hosting company. You can also check its city in two geolocation databases ([guide](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/)). If an IP does not match what the checkout showed, contact support. ## What do we not claim? We do not claim that an IP was "never used", that it is "clean" on every website, or that a provider or city is in stock before the checkout shows it. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. IPs of one order can come from the same /24 range; different /24 ranges are not promised. ## How is abuse handled? Abuse reports go to abuse@pinnedip.com. A person reviews every abuse report; confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Blocked on every IP: Online banking, government and payment sites, and the email-sending (SMTP) ports 25, 465 and 587. To handle reports, we keep connection metadata for up to 30 days; see the [privacy policy](https://pinnedip.com/privacy/). ## Sourcing: FAQ ### Is a PinnedIP IP someone’s home connection? No. No home device or end-user connection is involved. The IP is registered to a consumer provider and runs on a server in a data center. ### Why don’t you name your upstream partners? Supplier names are commercial information we keep confidential. What matters for your use, the registered provider of each IP, is visible in public routing data. ### Can I choose the provider of my IP? When the checkout lists it. Sites change more by state than many teams expect. Sales tax follows the shipping or visitor location: Oregon has none, while Washington, across the river, charges 6.5% at state level. Privacy notices change too: among these 18 states, California, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Oregon, Utah and Minnesota had comprehensive consumer privacy laws in force in October 2026, and sites often show their residents a specific notice or opt-out link. Lottery, alcohol and insurance pages follow state rules. A static IP in the right state lets you check what visitors there see on your own site, or on public pages, from one stable address. The city of an ISP IP is what geolocation databases report; databases can disagree, and no city or provider is promised before the checkout shows it. ## All state pages - [Arizona](https://pinnedip.com/states/arizona/) — Phoenix - [California](https://pinnedip.com/states/california/) — Los Angeles, San Jose - [Colorado](https://pinnedip.com/states/colorado/) — Denver - [Florida](https://pinnedip.com/states/florida/) — Miami - [Georgia](https://pinnedip.com/states/georgia/) — Atlanta - [Illinois](https://pinnedip.com/states/illinois/) — Chicago - [Massachusetts](https://pinnedip.com/states/massachusetts/) — Boston - [Minnesota](https://pinnedip.com/states/minnesota/) — Minneapolis - [Missouri](https://pinnedip.com/states/missouri/) — Kansas City - [Nevada](https://pinnedip.com/states/nevada/) — Las Vegas - [New York](https://pinnedip.com/states/new-york/) — New York - [North Carolina](https://pinnedip.com/states/north-carolina/) — Charlotte - [Oregon](https://pinnedip.com/states/oregon/) — Portland - [Pennsylvania](https://pinnedip.com/states/pennsylvania/) — Philadelphia - [Texas](https://pinnedip.com/states/texas/) — Dallas, Houston - [Utah](https://pinnedip.com/states/utah/) — Salt Lake City - [Virginia](https://pinnedip.com/states/virginia/) — Ashburn - [Washington](https://pinnedip.com/states/washington/) — Seattle ## States: questions ### Is there a page for every US state? No: these 18 states hold one of our 20 city pages. The checkout can still list IPs in other states when they are in stock. ### Does a state cost more? No. The same six plans apply everywhere in the United States, from $2.03 for one IP for 30 days. ### Is a state IP more reliable than a city IP? Usually. Geolocation databases agree on the state of an address more often than on its city, because suburbs near a metro are easy to confuse. If your check is statewide, a state-level match is enough. ## Sources 1. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider and hosted in a data center. Because the address is registered to a residential-type provider. A lookup of the IP returns a name such as AT&T, Comcast or Frontier, the same networks that serve homes, rather than a hosting company. Vendors call that "static residential". The server, however, is in a data center: there is no household, router or phone behind it. That difference matters in two ways. The IP is **fast and always on**, because it does not depend on someone’s home connection. And it is **not a consumer device**, so a site that looks beyond the IP (time zone of the browser, TCP fingerprint, behaviour) can still tell it is automated traffic. We describe it plainly so you can decide whether it fits your check. The full comparison is in [ISP vs residential proxies](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-residential-proxies/). ## What can I do with a US static residential IP? Use it where one stable, consumer-registered US address helps a legitimate task: - **Allowlists**: give a partner or supplier one fixed IP for your own accounts and tools. See [IP allowlisting](https://pinnedip.com/guides/ip-allowlisting/). - **Repeated checks**: track local search results, ads or prices from the same address every day, so changes come from the site and not from your IP. See [local SEO checks](https://pinnedip.com/use-cases/local-seo-checks/) and [price monitoring](https://pinnedip.com/use-cases/price-monitoring/). - **QA of your own site**: test geo-redirects, store finders and fraud thresholds against a US consumer-ISP address. Blocked on every IP: Online banking, government and payment sites, and the email-sending (SMTP) ports 25, 465 and 587. The rules are in the [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). ## How do I choose a state, a city or a provider? At checkout, when the stock lists them. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. The city of an ISP IP is what geolocation databases report; databases can disagree, and no city or provider is promised before the checkout shows it. Most vendors do the same: on October 19, 2026, Rayobyte listed its static ISP locations as "USA" only and ProxyEmpire said its static product supports "only country targeting" ([price index and sources](https://pinnedip.com/data/us-isp-proxy-price-index-2026/)). Typical network confirmation time: BTC ≈ 20 min · USDT TRC-20 ≈ 1 min · USDT ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · USDC ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · ETH ≈ 5 min · SOL ≈ 1 min · LTC ≈ 15 min ## How do I start? 1. **Choose a plan** — Pick the number of IPs. The checkout shows the states, cities and providers in stock. 2. **Top up in crypto** — Send the exact amount in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, then click I’ve sent the payment. It is matched by its exact amount and credited once confirmed. 3. **Get your IPs** — Your client area lists each IP as IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD, or with your allowlisted IPs instead of a password. 4. **Check them** — Confirm the provider and city of each IP before you rely on it: see check an IP’s ISP and ASN. ## Static residential proxies: FAQ ### Is a static residential proxy the same as a residential proxy? No. A rotating residential proxy routes you through real home connections whose IPs change; a static residential (ISP) proxy is one fixed address, registered to a consumer provider, on a data-center server. The second is faster and stable; the first looks more like household traffic. ### Will the IP change during my rental? No. Each IP is rented for 30 days from delivery and stays assigned to your account for the whole period. If an IP stops working and support cannot fix it, it is replaced or credited back under the [refund policy](https://pinnedip.com/refunds/). ### Is the IP shared with other customers? Dedicated: each IP is assigned to one customer at a time for the rental. Dedicated does not mean the address was never used before: like any IP, it may have a history with some websites. ### Can I get IPs from different subnets? IPs of one order can come from the same /24 range; different /24 ranges are not promised. If you need addresses spread across ranges, order a few IPs first and check them. ### Do you sell residential proxies in other countries? No. PinnedIP only rents US static ISP IPs. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. ## Sources 1. Yes, your own business accounts, within each platform’s rules. A fixed IP gives your team one consistent address. Creating or operating accounts in bulk to deceive a platform is not allowed. ### Can I use a static IP for web scraping? For public data, at a polite rate and within the site’s terms, yes. For large crawls, spread the work across several IPs and respect robots.txt. ### Do you ask what I use the proxy for? No questionnaire and no KYC. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # Static IP for ad verification by US market > Static US ISP IP for ad verification: check your own campaigns' creatives and landing pages by market from a fixed consumer-ISP address. $2.03/IP. No KYC. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/use-cases/ad-verification/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Advertisers and agencies check that their own campaigns show the right creative, price and landing page in each target market. A fixed US ISP IP gives that check a stable, consumer-registered address. **Quick answer — How do static ISP proxies help with ad verification?** They let you load your own landing pages and campaign placements from a fixed US address registered to a consumer provider, in the market you target, and repeat the check daily. **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US ISP IPs from $2.03 for 30 days (October 2026). No KYC; you pay in crypto. ## What can I verify? - **Geo-targeting**: that a campaign bought for one market shows there and not elsewhere. - **Creative and offer**: the right image, price and terms in each state, including state-specific legal lines. - **Landing pages**: redirects, tracking parameters and the content a local visitor gets. - **Brand safety**: the public pages your placements appear on. Start with the platforms’ own preview and reporting tools; use the IP to see the live result as a visitor would. ## How do I keep the check clean? Never generate paid impressions or clicks on purpose: load placements and landing pages, do not click ads repeatedly, and exclude your test IPs from billing where the platform allows it. Set the browser’s time zone and language to the market. Rent one IP per market and confirm its city in two databases ([geolocation guide](https://pinnedip.com/guides/isp-ip-geolocation/)); our [city pages](https://pinnedip.com/cities/) show which providers reach homes there. ## Why a consumer-ISP address? Some ad systems and landing pages treat traffic from hosting ranges differently from home and office traffic, for example by showing a generic version. A static ISP IP is registered to a consumer provider, so you see the version shown to that kind of visitor. It is still a data-center server, as explained in [ISP vs datacenter proxies](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-datacenter-proxies/). ## Prices for ad checks One IP per market you verify. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. ## Ad verification: FAQ ### Can I verify competitors’ ads? You can view public pages and ad libraries the platforms publish. Do not click competitors’ ads or generate fake impressions: that is click fraud and is not allowed. ### How many markets can I check with one IP? One: the IP has one location. Rent one IP per market, or use the platform’s own location preview for others. ### Is a static IP better than a VPN for this? A VPN exit is usually a hosting range shared by many users; a dedicated static ISP IP is used by you alone and registered to a consumer provider. Both work for a quick look; the static IP is better for daily, comparable checks. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # Static IP for local SEO checks: same address, comparable results > Use a static US ISP IP for local SEO checks: the same address every day, city data for 20 metros, polite rates. $2.03 per IP for 30 days. No KYC, crypto. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/use-cases/local-seo-checks/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Local results change with the searcher’s location, history and device. A fixed US ISP IP removes one variable: the address. Here is how to set up repeatable local checks, and their limits. **Quick answer — Why use a static IP for local SEO checks?** Because local results depend on where the searcher appears to be. A static US ISP IP shows the same address and city every day, so changes in rankings come from the results, not from your IP. **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US ISP IPs from $2.03 for 30 days (October 2026), with data pages for 20 metros. No KYC; crypto. ## How do I set up a repeatable local check? 1. **Pick the market** — Choose the city your business targets; our city pages show its providers and hosting. 2. **Rent an IP there** — Pick an IP the checkout lists in that city, then confirm it in two databases (geolocation guide). 3. **Fix the other variables** — Same browser profile, language and time zone of the city, signed out, same device type. 4. **Use the platforms’ own tools first** — Search consoles and business-profile dashboards give rankings and impressions without scraping. 5. **Check by hand, at a human pace** — Open the result pages you need through the static IP, a few times a day at most, and record what you see. ## Why does a fixed address help? When an IP changes between two checks, so can the city a site attributes to you, and with it the local pack, the ads and the map. A dedicated static IP keeps that input constant for 30 days. It also avoids inheriting the history of other users, which a shared or rotating address may carry. ## What are the limits? - An IP sets a city, not a street: results inside a large city can still vary by neighborhood. - Search engines also use account history, device and query wording; keep those constant. - Automated querying of search engines is restricted by their terms, and many disallow it in robots.txt; prefer their official tools and APIs, and check result pages by hand at a modest pace. We do not provide search-scraping code. - The city of an ISP IP is what geolocation databases report; databases can disagree, and no city or provider is promised before the checkout shows it. ## Which cities have local data on this site? Twenty metros, each with its carrier hotels, exchanges, home providers (FCC) and local notes: [New York](https://pinnedip.com/cities/new-york-ny/), [Los Angeles](https://pinnedip.com/cities/los-angeles-ca/), [Chicago](https://pinnedip.com/cities/chicago-il/), [Dallas](https://pinnedip.com/cities/dallas-tx/), [Houston](https://pinnedip.com/cities/houston-tx/), [Phoenix](https://pinnedip.com/cities/phoenix-az/), [Philadelphia](https://pinnedip.com/cities/philadelphia-pa/), [Atlanta](https://pinnedip.com/cities/atlanta-ga/), [Miami](https://pinnedip.com/cities/miami-fl/), [Seattle](https://pinnedip.com/cities/seattle-wa/), [Denver](https://pinnedip.com/cities/denver-co/) and [nine more](https://pinnedip.com/cities/). ## Prices for local checks One IP per market is usually enough. [All plans](https://pinnedip.com/pricing/). | Plan | Quantity | Price | Price per unit | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 1 static ISP IP | 1 IP · 30 days | $2.03 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | | 5 static ISP IPs | 5 IPs · 30 days | $10.15 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | | 10 static ISP IPs | 10 IPs · 30 days | $20.30 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | In every plan: 30-day rental per IP · HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 · Username/password or IP allowlist · Credit back if an IP fails and cannot be fixed Prices in USD for 30 days; the per-IP figure is one IP for the whole period. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. ## Local SEO checks: FAQ ### How many IPs do I need for local SEO? One per market you track. Add a second IP in a market if you check often, so you can pace requests. ### Can I check rankings in a city without an IP there? Many search engines let you set a location in their settings or tools, and that is often more precise than an IP. A static IP in the city adds the network side of the picture. ### Will the same IP get blocked by search engines? Frequent automated queries can trigger limits on any IP. Keep manual, low-volume checks, and use official tools for bulk data. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload. Each IP is registered to a US internet provider, hosted in a data center and rented to you for 30 days. --- # Static ISP proxy for US price monitoring, state by state > Static ISP proxy for US price monitoring: record public prices, taxes and delivery fees by state from fixed IPs, at a polite pace. $2.03 per IP. No KYC. - URL: https://pinnedip.com/use-cases/price-monitoring/ - Last updated: 2026-10-19 - Publisher: PinnedIP (https://pinnedip.com) Online prices, taxes, delivery fees and promotions can change with the visitor’s location. Fixed US ISP IPs let a pricing team record them from the same addresses every day and compare states fairly. **Quick answer — Why use static ISP proxies for price monitoring?** Because location-based prices, taxes and delivery fees change with the visitor’s address, and a fixed IP keeps that input the same between observations. **PinnedIP** rents dedicated US ISP IPs from $2.03 for 30 days and $20.30 for 10 (October 2026), with state pages showing tax and privacy differences. No KYC; crypto. ## What changes with the visitor’s state? - **Sales tax**: Oregon has no general sales tax, while Washington charges 6.5% at state level; retailers that estimate tax from the location show different totals ([Oregon](https://pinnedip.com/states/oregon/), [Washington](https://pinnedip.com/states/washington/)). - **Delivery fees and windows**: they depend on the nearest warehouse or store. - **Regional promotions** and store-specific prices. - **Availability**: some products ship only to some states. Our [state pages](https://pinnedip.com/states/) list the largest cities and leading home providers of 18 states. ## How do I set up a fair comparison? 1. **One IP per market** — Rent one dedicated IP per state or city you compare, and confirm each IP’s location. 2. **Fix the cart and the time** — Same products, quantities and time of day; prices often change at local midnight, so note the time zone. 3. **Read public pages at a polite pace** — One product page every few seconds per IP is plenty; respect robots.txt and the site’s terms. 4. **Store the evidence** — Save the page date, the IP, its state and the price shown, so changes can be audited later. ## Why static rather than rotating IPs? A rotating IP gives a new location on each connection, so two observations may come from different states without you noticing. A dedicated static IP keeps the same address and provider for 30 days, so a price change is the site’s change. Rotating traffic can still help for one-off collection of many public pages; see [ISP vs residential proxies](https://pinnedip.com/compare/isp-vs-residential-proxies/). ## What is not allowed? Logging in to accounts you do not own, buying to resell limited stock, collecting personal data, overloading a site, or using the IPs on payment portals (blocked on every IP). Use public pages, your own accounts and data you have the right to process. See the [acceptable use policy](https://pinnedip.com/acceptable-use/). ## Prices for multi-state monitoring Five to 25 IPs cover most state comparisons. [All plans](https://pinnedip.com/pricing/). | Plan | Quantity | Price | Price per unit | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | 5 static ISP IPs | 5 IPs · 30 days | $10.15 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | | 10 static ISP IPs | 10 IPs · 30 days | $20.30 | $2.03/IP · 30 days | | 25 static ISP IPs | 25 IPs · 30 days | $50.46 | $2.02/IP · 30 days | In every plan: 30-day rental per IP · HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 · Username/password or IP allowlist · Credit back if an IP fails and cannot be fixed Prices in USD for 30 days; the per-IP figure is one IP for the whole period. Pay in crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The top-up is the price of your order, less any balance you already have, and at least $25; anything left stays on your balance. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. ## Price monitoring: FAQ ### How many IPs do I need to compare five states? Five, one per state, if the checkout lists IPs there. $10.15 buys five dedicated IPs for 30 days. ### Is price monitoring legal? Reading public prices is common practice; the site’s terms, copyright and data-protection law still apply to what you collect and how. This is not legal advice. ### Can I monitor prices from a specific ZIP code? Not with a fixed IP, which has one location. Many shops let you enter a ZIP code on the page; use that alongside the state IP. --- PinnedIP: PinnedIP is a static ISP proxy provider for the United States, paid in crypto with no ID upload.
