**Quick answer — Can I get a refund on a static ISP proxy?**

Within 24 hours of delivery, an IP is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If an IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent.

## The rules at a glance

| Situation | What you get |
| --- | --- |
| Order not delivered within 24 hours | Full price back to your balance |
| IP does not work, and we cannot fix or replace it, within 24 hours of delivery | That IP’s price back to your balance |
| IP carried less than 500 MB, within 24 hours of delivery | That IP’s price back to your balance |
| IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours | The lost days back to your balance |
| Part of a top-up added only to reach the $25 minimum | Refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent |
| Rest of the balance | Stays on your account; not paid back, except where the law requires it |

## How do I ask?

Email support@pinnedip.com with the IPs concerned, the time and what happened. Never send your account number by email: support will not ask for it. A site that blocks one IP because of its own rules is not a fault of the IP. Accounts terminated for abuse are not refunded.
