What do these terms cover?
These terms govern the use of PinnedIP, a brand of ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA): renting dedicated US static ISP IPs for 30 days, paid from a crypto balance, under our acceptable use policy.
1. The service
We rent dedicated IPv4 addresses registered to US internet providers and hosted in data centers, reachable over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. Each IP is rented for 30 days from delivery and stays assigned to your account for the whole period. Dedicated: each IP is assigned to one customer at a time for the rental. Availability by state, city and internet provider varies; the checkout shows what is online. The city of an ISP IP is what geolocation databases report; databases can disagree, and no city or provider is promised before the checkout shows it. We do not promise that a given website will accept an IP.
2. Account
Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. You are responsible for the use of your account and credentials. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.
3. Payment and balance
Payment is by cryptocurrency top-up only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The top-up is the price of your order, at least $25. Send the exact amount on the network shown and click I’ve sent the payment; the payment is matched by its exact amount and credited once confirmed. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
4. Delivery, renewal and replacement
IPs are allocated after you buy from your confirmed crypto balance; if we cannot deliver an order within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance. Renew from your balance before the end date to ask for the same IPs; keeping an IP depends on upstream stock, and the client area shows the result before you pay. Nothing renews or is charged without your action. An IP that does not work, and that support cannot fix, is replaced or credited back.
5. Refunds
Within 24 hours of delivery, an IP is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If an IP stops working later and support cannot fix or replace it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. 6. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. Reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed. Accounts terminated for abuse lose their balance.
7. Liability
The service is provided as described on this site, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected IPs in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may change these terms or the price list; changes apply to new orders and renewals, not to rentals already paid. If we discontinue the product, we give 30 days’ notice and active rentals run to their end date.
