What data does PinnedIP keep?
We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy.

No identity documents, selfies, names, addresses or phone numbers. Email is optional. We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data.
2. What we keep and why
- Connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes), up to 30 days, to handle abuse reports and billing disputes.
- Account records (account number, orders, rented IPs and dates, top-up records, traffic totals), while the account is open, then as long as accounting rules require.
- Optional email, until you remove it, to recover the account and send service messages.
- Payment data: the transaction ID and amount of each top-up. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
3. Who receives data
Our hosting and upstream network partners process traffic to deliver the service; our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
4. The website
The public site uses no advertising trackers. A language choice may be stored in your browser’s local storage. Server logs of the website are kept for security for a short period.
5. Your choices
You can remove your email at any time in the client area, and ask support to close your account. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.
