AS209, registered as CenturyLink (the former Qwest network), announces about 19.8 million IPv4 addresses. In our city data it is a main home option in the West and Upper Midwest: 95.3% of Denver homes, 94.0% of Salt Lake City, 93.7% of Minneapolis and 85.5% of Phoenix (FCC, December 2025 data).
The server itself sits in a data center: see where ISP proxies are hosted. Check the owner of any IP with an ASN lookup.
An autonomous system (AS) is the network that tells the rest of the internet where an address block lives. Lookups show the AS number and its registered holder.
