Spectrum is split across many AS numbers inherited from Time Warner Cable, Bright House and Bresnan: AS20115, AS10796, AS20001, AS11427, AS11426 and others. A Spectrum address in Dallas (AS11427) and one in Los Angeles (AS20001) can come from different networks of the same company, which matters when a check compares ASNs.
The server itself sits in a data center: see where ISP proxies are hosted. Check the owner of any IP with an ASN lookup.
An autonomous system (AS) is the network that tells the rest of the internet where an address block lives. Lookups show the AS number and its registered holder.

None of the ten vendors we checked on October 19, 2026 names Spectrum or Charter for its ISP product; ProxyEmpire names it only for rotating residential traffic. Spectrum-registered static ranges are therefore less common in published ISP offers than AT&T or Comcast. Naming a provider on a product page is not proof of stock at any given time, ours included.
Charter reported 58,981,000 estimated passings on June 30, 2026, across 41 states. After the Cox transaction closed (effective August 19, 2026), the combined company reaches more than 70 million homes and businesses across 45 states.
