Verizon’s AS701 is one of the oldest backbone networks in the United States, registered as UUNET, and it carries both Fios homes and Verizon Business customers. A Verizon-registered static IP fits checks in the Northeast, where Fios is a main home option: 95.3% of Philadelphia homes and 92.6% of New York City homes (FCC, December 2025 data).
The server itself sits in a data center: see where ISP proxies are hosted. Check the owner of any IP with an ASN lookup.
An autonomous system (AS) is the network that tells the rest of the internet where an address block lives. Lookups show the AS number and its registered holder.
| AS number | Registered holder | IPv4 addresses announced |

Verizon is named for ISP products by Decodo ("IPs from providers, including AT&T, Verizon, Orange, and Tele2") and by Proxy-Cheap, which has a "Verizon Business" product page (seen through a search index). Two of the ten vendors we checked on October 19, 2026 name it. Naming a provider on a product page is not proof of stock at any given time, ours included.
Fios grew up in Verizon's Northeast and Mid-Atlantic telephone region: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington, D.C. With Frontier, Verizon reported about 30 million fiber passings in 31 states and D.C.
| City | Homes reached (FCC) | AS number in that city |
|---|---|---|
| Philadelphia | 95.3% | AS701 |
| New York | 92.6% | AS701 |
| Boston | 91.7% | AS701 |

Prices in USD for 30 days; the per-IP figure is one IP for the whole period. Pay in crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The top-up is the price of your order, less any balance you already have, and at least $25; anything left stays on your balance. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents.
Usually a business range of AS701 hosted in a data center; providers rarely say which. Websites see Verizon as the owner either way. Use an ASN lookup to confirm the network before relying on it.
Yes. Verizon completed its acquisition of Frontier on January 20, 2026. Frontier addresses still use their own AS5650, so a lookup may show Frontier rather than Verizon.
